After years of navigating the fragmented medical and mental health systems—both personally and professionally—I founded Better Being Main Line in 2017 to offer a more integrated, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy. Our practice was created for individuals and couples seeking meaningful, effective care for trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, sexual concerns, and burnout. At Better Being, we believe in building strong, trusting relationships with every client. Our licensed therapists provide personalized, nonjudgmental care that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive—whether through trauma-informed therapy, sex therapy, couples counseling, or support for life’s transitions. We proudly serve clients across Pennsylvania both in person and via virtual therapy sessions.
