I believe that therapy has the power to positively change lives, improve relationships & help individuals reach their full potential. I will work collaboratively with you & create a therapeutic environment that will make you feel empowered & supported. During the therapy process you will gain more insight into the presenting problems, develop effective coping skills to face the presenting problems & put into action behaviors that will create desired changes. This process will enable you to heal from the past & turn life’s challenging situations into opportunities for growth.
